ACB Group are delivering BIM (digital) Design & Construction since 2017, being the first Specialist Contractor in our sector to do so. ACB Group have BIM processes embedded throughout our business. We value early engagement with our clients and believe we offer the most value to a project at stage two on the RIBA Framework. ACB Group believe in a shared risk and reward.

BIM Systems

BIM360 is a software that ACB Group uses to help us be BIM Level 2 compliant. This involves the management of documents, enabling the shared collaboration across the business. BIM360 Design allows our designers to work collaboratively while being remote, with five our team based in Europe. BIM360 Docs allows our teams to publish, manage and approve projects with our clients on a singular platform. This in turn enables us to share risk and reward with our clients. The business uses Field Management enables our team to perform construction quality, safety and equipment workflows.

Business Intelligence

Our company uses the latest technologies such as Tableau for visualising data and creating governance mechanisms. This enables the business to maintain an open and transparent culture for all teams.

CRM

We have teamed up with ConstructionBOS, an Irish business, to manage our pipeline. It allows us to support our clients’ project activity in one central platform. This means that our clients are always at the centre of what we do, offering our clients technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle as early as concept design. We find the earlier we engage with our clients the more value we bring.

HR System

ACB Group use this HR system to streamline engagement with our global team. This will act as a shared learning platform for our team. Learning and Development is a key driver in supporting ACB Group’s promise to continuing core customer delivery, maintaining our promise of delivering differently better for our global partners.

Trello

ACB Group use Trello as a way of organising work among project teams. We manage and share all tasks with project teams ensuring the most effective project delivery. It is also used as a training and procurement tool.

Augmented & Virtual Reality

ACB Group use AR & VR to facilitate optimised customer experience, allowing our clients to experience a building walkthrough virtually. This also allows us to better deliver safe and compliant projects globally.
